My fiance Brent and I were on the hunt for a RV and we went to many places, called lots of people, did our research, and there is a reason we chose to purchase from Optimum! Not only are they personable, but extremely knowledgable and truly do try to find the best option for you. Not only when we were there did we see many options, but we truly felt heard and listened to about our budget, and what we wanted. It was more than a sale. Not to mention we truly had the best help to assist us throughout the entire process! Hilda was extremely kind, professional, intelligent, and is a great person all around. I truly felt like we were treated like family and we are still in contact with our go to girl Hilda. We made a friend, got our perfect purchase, and felt extremely confident when we left. Everyone there is very accommodating. On multiple accounts of people watching the way all the staff treated their customers was truly with the best intent.
