  OH MY! First impression .. CLEAN - LARGE sites! So nice to have room between sites. Activities and pool ! This is a very quiet park. It's located in central Florida so places to visit are just a short drive.
  Office manager, Anita, is very nice and helpful. Friendly atmosphere!

  Campground is very nice.. good people too. The office staff is conscientious and very accommodating. It has been renovated so half the park is premium with concrete pads ,pristine grounds and amenities. The other part with lower rates is large grassy sites also fine . Community Pool was clean and warm . We stayed for a week on a managers special introductory offer. They honour passport america all winter . Read the important notes as with most member parks.They are very clear . We have stayed at 10 parks this winter and sunshine is in the top three . Trent and Shirley -Ontario

  Couldn't have asked for better service. We had to change our dates several times and Anita was wonderful to work with. Granted we are only here for two (2) nights. The resort is very well kept and would highly recommend

  This is a great retirement community. Anita the manager is very friendly and helpful. Anita took our reservation over the phone and we arrived after dark and the time we said we would be there and she comped us that night. The lot we rented with our mobile home was roomy. The community is well kept and clean. Everyone is very helpful. We will definitely return here

  Great place . They built a new campground in the back part of a RV park. Amazing concrete slabs . Must be about 18 x 80 'sites. Water ,electric, sewer . A new shower/ bathroom was being built but not open yet when we where there. Everybody super friendly. Will be back
