    I had ordered and taken delivery of several items and needed to add a section to my Dustin Gray sectional. I walk in and had a sales lady help place the order plus two rugs. Very professional, helpful and in no time at all! Scheduled delivery for the following week. Showroom is always pleasing! Definitely suggest checking City Furniture for your needs!

    Our sales lady Beth was amazing! We had issues with our delivery and products being on back order. Beth stepped up and fixed it! I give 4 stars because the delivery issues and the warehouse said our end tables were on back order even though there were EIGHT tables in stock. Otherwise, the sales end of the company is awesome

    Outstanding customer service from Suzanne. She worked to obtain a special discount with her General Manager at the Sumter store, plus a free delivery coupon. Suzanne stayed in continual text contact with me...even on her OFF DAY. I would definitely recommend Suzanne to anyone looking to purchase any product from City Furniture. She went "above and beyond" for this moderate sale. Very much appreciated.

    We had a terrific experience with the Lake Sumter location. The staff and Michael, the manager, were excellent! They helped us visualize what I our new home would look like with the beautiful furniture. Michael also helped us with a delivery issue. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy! We would definitely recommend this location for furniture needs. Thank you City Furniture for an excellent experience!
