“Dear Family Values, I am writing this letter to thank you for starting your company, Family Values. Over the past decades, I have been a caretaker to my mom, dad, sister, grandmother and brother. During that time, I was still working full time and had to relay upon company's such as your own for help. To say that I have been disappointed in all of them would be an understatement. I have had to deal with aids not showing up, then I would call the company they were assigned from and getting no help whatsoever. I have had aids steal from my relatives while I was at work and have had to deal with aids that were not doing the job that they were hired to do. All in all it was a nightmare. About 3 years ago, I became a patient advocate for an elderly women. When I first started she utilized a company whose name I will not mention, but that was just a nightmare and incredibly stressful to deal with. Again, aids not showing up and I would call the company to no avail. This company made my job much more stressful and difficult that it should have been. Luckily for my patient and myself, you started your company. I have been working with you for over 6 months and it has been absolutely wonderful. You have hired wonderful aids who not only show up when they are supposed to but are very caring. In one instance, the aid was not able to make her shift and Alexander himself went to take care of my patient for the day! That is what I call awesome customer service. Also, if I have ANY questions or need assistance, you company always answers the phone and is willing to help me out whatever the situation may be. “Just had a new heat pump installed from Sun Kool. James was the guy that gave us an estimate. He is very professional and accommodating. We had bought a unit from another company a year ago and it was nothing but trouble. Finally had the old company pull it out. The crew that installed our new Carrier unit was wonderful. I cant remember one of the guys- but the other was Tony. They did a beautiful install!!! Cleaned up and showed us haw to use the thermostat. I highly recommend Sun Kool!!! They did it right where the other company installed so poorly they had to service the old unit 9 times in less than a year. We got 6 estimates and picked Sun Kool and so happy with our new beautiful unit!!!!!”

“My husband and I bought a newly built Taylor Morrison home, and with any new home, there are always going to be issues that need smoothing out. We had an issue with the florescent light in the garage hanging from the drywall. Erin, the receptionist, happened to call me that day regarding a separate matter from the day before, and I mentioned to her that we discovered a new issue (mentioned above), and she said she would see if someone could come out same day, since they had some electricians in the neighborhood. If you've ever scheduled vendors to come to your home for a service, you know that having them come same day is a rarity, as they usually have to put in a new order and have them schedule for another day (understandably), even if they happen to be in the neighborhood. So I was pretty grateful for her to put in that call for us. I certainly appreciated her accommodations. Jack R., showed up and he was just a wonderful energy and you could clearly see he enjoys what he does for a living. We asked if he would mind talking a look at the other fluorescent lights to ensure they're secure and he obliged. He made sure they were better affixed to the drywall this time. He never once made us feel like a bother for asking. I would happily request Jack to come and take care of us next time. Thank you Erin & Jack!”
