Cory working at the Best Buy location is awesome. I went in on a whim without an appointment after my computer wouldn’t charge. I asked if they were able to try charging it to figure out whether it was my charger or a computer issue. He was very kind and after realizing it was a simple charger issue on my end AND even offered to charge my computer and cleaned it while I shopped for a new charger and case. I appreciate his kindness and help a lot knowing they are usually very busy and an appointment is needed.
10/10 recommend going here. Though my encounter was simple, the generousity shown really made my day.
