During the procedure, Dr. Tim was so charismatic that my daughter didn’t feel a thing and didn’t even notice that both of her teeth were removed (until he began to sit her chair back up). Her dental assistant, Mel, was kind, attentive and reassuring to my daughter! I expected my daughter to be apprehensive about the extractions, but she was really at ease because of their friendliness.
