“Corey and Jacob really helped us when we found out our 15month new laptop was being junked by the manufacturer (after having it for 5 weeks for repairs) due to parts they could not get. Jacob truly understood our frustration and concerns about selecting a new laptop. He explained the store credit and how it works. He gave us some options for how to move forward and also alerted Corey who he felt would better be able to assist. Together they researched replacement laptops that met or exceeded the specs from the first laptop. They helped us determine availability and shipping time. The new laptop just arrived ( 4 shipping days early) and it should work great. Our sincere thanks to Corey and Jacob for a job well done and for helping make an extremely frustrating situation better. I highly recommend this Best Buy and purchasing the Geek Squad protection plan. Without this we would have lost out on our $4k investment.”

“Cory working at the Best Buy location is awesome. I went in on a whim without an appointment after my computer wouldn’t charge. I asked if they were able to try charging it to figure out whether it was my charger or a computer issue. He was very kind and after realizing it was a simple charger issue on my end AND even offered to charge my computer and cleaned it while I shopped for a new charger and case. I appreciate his kindness and help a lot knowing they are usually very busy and an appointment is needed. 10/10 recommend going here. Though my encounter was simple, the generousity shown really made my day.”

“Todd and helper showed up when promised, they were very polite and professional. We had a backed up main drain and he explained what he would do and the cost. They proceeded to snake the drain and he was happy to explain every step of the way to us while teaching his new helper. TODD advised me to call city utilities while he kept working and when they got there he worked with the guy till they figured it out. Had a very good first experience with Mr. Rooter of Daytona Beach and would call again. JOB WELL DONE FOR THE PRICE QOUTED. Also thanks to City of Daytona for getting to the site so fast.”

“This company is the best. They really care about the customer. My ac stop working yesterday. I really needed one more thing to go wrong. You see my husband is in intensive care and I am recovering from knee surgery. Mark walked me through one thing it didn’t work. Cory called me and walked me through some other steps. Minuets later all was good. Now I can assure you that 9 out of 10 would just come out and taken my money and would probably not made it out until the next day. This is the 3rd time that I dealt with this company. If you want good work and honest people that care about you and not just your money you need to call them. You won’t be sorry.”
