“GREAT CONDO!! There is so much I could say about this condo. First of all, the view is wonderful. Usually when we look at condos to rent there is always something the owners put there to spice it up, but when you get there it's not as good as they say. Not this one--everything and more the owner advertise is true. The elevators are right across from the unit so it makes it so easy to come and go--particularly with the underground parking. The condo had everything we needed. This is one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had. Hope to return next year.”

“Really like the office folks. Very welcoming. This is more old time Daytona. Nothing particularly fancy, but right on the water. Nice patio area for their hot dog cookout. Easy beach access, small, but clean pool. Good location for us. Went during bike week for a baseball tournament, so, added bonus.”

“Check in was great! Bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean!!!!!!!! View of ocean was great! It looked like people were really enjoying the pool and hot tub! Breakfast area was very large. Bed was extremely comfortable!!! Chip activated room keys was a plus! Room was very quiet!! You don't often get that @ a hotel! One thing that definitely was not worthy of being 5 stars is the parking!!!! I had a really small car and I just about backed or drove into several vehicles! There just isn't hardly enough room! So if you have a regular size or large vehicle just be careful!! I think this is my only complaint!”

“The owner accommodated us getting in so late the night we came in. He was both kind and professional when we also needed to add on another room at the last minute. It's a quaint motel, clean and the decor looks fresh. The shower is NICE waterfall type head. Right in the beach and across from a couple of restaurants and gift shop.”

“Another return stay for at this property which in my opinion is the golden standard of hospitality, located on the pristine Daytona Beach Shores. Regardless of if this hotel was located in any other place, it would have my patronage as the facilities are top notch. The design is wonderfully cool and modern with the rooms containing separate living quarters and a full size kitchen with the most modern of appliances. This was great for the Italian band I was tour managing as they were able to cook some items they had been missing back home. I like the fact that each room has two TVs, and the beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Our room was on the second floor so the outside door opened to a massive private patio. The property has an awesome bar and delicious restaurant, both of which are very reasonably priced. On property pool and hot tub are so cool and modern - really love the accent lighting. But the thing that boosts my opinion to the ceiling here is the all star team of hospitality heros here. Every single team member will always greet you, and every team member seems genuine and happy. I’ve never seen such a great crew of people. Can’t speak highly enough about this property and can’t wait to come back on leisure.”

“Wonderful oceanside motel with a great pool area/deck which is perfect for watching a sunrise. Family owned independent establishment with wonderful service. Rooms are spacious with plenty of amenities. The complementary toothpaste was a nice surprise. Only complaint is the mattress was hard as a rock. If you like a very firm mattress you'll be fine, but if you prefer softer you might have issues. Outside of that it's a terrific place to stay and I'd certainly book with them again.”

“A clean location right on the beach. Easy parking for the car. Fast and friendly check-in by the desk staff. Resort provides towel exchange every day and best of all come to you for the exchange on Monday , Wednesday and Friday. The pool area is very nice and several times during the week provided music and trivia game for those in the pool area. Best feature is a great location close to area attractions, the best one being the beach which is right out back gate.”

“Joined together about 6 youth groups and had a blast. The ropes were fun and the food was good. It's a beautiful place, and the cabins were clean and the mattresses did just fine. We liked the water sports and the zip lining too. The facilities were great for large group and we went outside to the picnic tables for small group time. Lovely place.”
