“Go to Boondocks for the food and a view of boats docked at several piers. The shrimp are delicious! Other seafood entrees look scrumptious. You'll be stuffed when you leave. However, at least when we were there in August, it was open air without air conditioning. The breeze and fans made it comfortable but just be aware. The restrooms are air conditioned. Feeding the fish (looked like catfish) with French fries is a regular attraction. They were so thick and wiggled on top of each other that you could almost walk on them. Parking is free.”

“This has to be my favorite beach park. They have tons and tons of parking, just across a two lane road from the beach. They have showers, bathrooms, and water fountains. Plus the beach in this area is always nice and not too crowded. We have been coming to this beach for about 5 years now. It is absolutely the best, they also have some nice restaurants near by.”
