But do NOT judge a book by it's cover. After meeting with Frank Wang the salesman, I found him to be a honest man. I felt he answered all my questions about the car truthfully. As a woman I find it hard to buy from a buy here pay here business. Mainly because a lot of salesmen I've dealt with in the past have tried to bull**** me. I did not feel this way at this place. I find the prices are very reasonable for cash cars. The vehicles are also very clean and nice. I will tell any woman looking for a car to buy to check this place out first. “After using the service department at two different Ford dealerships and receiving what I would have to call terrible service I gave Plantation Ford a shot. I was very pleasantly surprised. Jose Basanta-Perez promised to have our company shuttle ready in no more than 24 hours. I was dropping it off for recall work. I was asked if I had someone to pick me up and I told them I would take an Uber back to my office. They called and paid for the Uber. The work was completed in less than 6 hours. The last time I took the shuttle to one of their competitors they had it in their shop for two months. From now on Plantation and Jose will be my go to place for Ford service.”

I literally got laughed off the lot of several other places in the area when I told them my price range, but Advance Import had more than one option for me. Juan has been the best person I have ever dealt with when buying anything. Sam, the owner, was also great. I had a few issues with the car after purchasing and even though I bought it "as is" they were still quick to help whenever I called. Less than a month after purchasing I blew a tire on the interstate and Juan was there faster than my insurance could even hope to send someone out and I got both of my back tires replaced and was back on the road. I could not recommend them more!”

I understood the 1Price program they have there and on my end, I used the Capital One Auto Loan pre-approval to get a great rate so price and financing were all set even before I entered the showroom. I did have a trade and that went very well, too. Seek out David, maybe even ask to deal with David when you do your Internet inquiry on a vehicle.
