“Gives you a complete treatment plan. As a specialist he not only considers your gum/bone health, but how his work will tie in with what your general dentist is/or will be doing. Great at communicating and answers your questions thoroughly. Costs are inline with basically rescuing your mouth from things being let go for too long (It's always less expensive to maintain rather than to rehabilitate). He has a dry sense of humor, but I can tell he really cares about his patient's outcome!!”

“My son has been in pain for 3/4 of a year. He had been to 4 dentists, all of whom recommended either a night guard or "stress" reduction. Dr. Robins, contrary to the others, took a deliberative, contemplative, careful, and knowledgeable approach to the problem and discovered that my son's bite was misaligned. No other professional gave any consideration to anything other than a quick, expensive, fix...i.e. appliance. We are so grateful to Dr. Robins for caring enough, and being experienced enough to take the time to analyze the problem. He and his wife are so remarkable in every way.... And to top it all off, they squeezed my son in on a holiday week, staying late to care for him. What a genuinely caring couple. If this ends up fixing my son's pain, it will be a miracle. “Need more starts for this review. When I called to schedule the appointment it was answered with the best customer service. When we walked in today for our appointment we were met with a smile and kindness. This was my 6 year old sons first time at a dentist and he was very nervous. The staff was so reassuring with him and tried to put him at ease. Dr. Palacios was absolutely amazing, he made sure that he told my son what was going to happen before he started and once he started he always made sure that my son was ok. Dr. Palacios kept it all light and easy which really helped. I really liked that I was able to go back with him and so was my 4 year old daughter who was able to see everything that happened so that she too will be at ease when she goes in for her visit next. Dr. Palacios took the time to answer any questions we had I never once felt rushed or hurried. I highly highly recommend Dr. Palacios, it is clear that he is a great doctor that knows what he is doing, knows how to treat his patients, their family and his amazing staff.”
