“I want to give Dr. Barry Sadler a 5 star rating. He is the BEST!! I had 2 kidney stones; one of them was 11 mm. I was in excruciating pain with them. Dr. Sadler did a Lithotripsy on me to get rid of my stones. He explains everything very well to you, shows you your x rays and CT scans. This really helps me as I like to know what to expect. He was honest and told me that he didn't know if he could get rid of both my stones with one procedure since my one stone was so large. I had my Lithotripsy done at Bayonet Point Surgical Center. All the nurses were very compassionate and efficient. Dr. Sadler was able to break up both my stones and get rid of them with one procedure. He was very compassionate and made sure I had pain meds and had his nurses call and check up on me. Dr. Sadler is an awesome Dr. not only is he excellent with what he does as a Dr., but he also has a great bedside manner and is compassionate. He is one in a million! The girls who work in his office were very compassionate as well. Danielle worked very hard to find me an appointment when she knew the amount of pain I had been in. Thank you Dr. Sadler and your staff for the excellent care you have given me. I am so grateful!!”

I appreciate him doing his job because after 3 weeks of the correct therapy...my son is doing well. Nevertheless, to match his professionalism D-1 needs to train their reception & phone staff. They are NOT at par with him and do NOT deliver what customers expect. When I have called..I have never been able to speak directly to a person during work hrs. Instead, I've always left messages and someone has called me back delaying the process. The man's voice on the main phone's recorded message is extremely low and in instances not quite clear. The Therapists are NOT D-1 they are A-1...Exceptionally...DARN Good! Finally, and in a more easy note...the music selection on the Therapy section coming out of the main speakers MUST be a little more representative of all musical tastes and less monotonous!!!”
