Debbie D. is an amazing designer who listened well to my interests and offered many ideas and options to help create the desired look and functionality of the furniture for our home redecorating update. She kept the budget in mind and offered more options when I preferred a different cost or color or fabric choice. Today we had Delivery One (of multiple deliveries over the next few months). We were so excited to see the quality of each piece! I also want to brag on the two men who delivered the furniture… Kyle and Q! Both were so careful with each piece of furniture and artwork and were so friendly with great personalities as well. This is the third time we’ve used Furniture Mart to update our furniture. The furniture has always been incredible quality. We’ve never had any issues with any of our furniture … until a few days ago when a puppy we were dog sitting walked across my freshly painted picture and left acrylic paw prints all over my brown leather sofa. 😳 We’ve had a five star experience with Furniture Mart time and time again - with the designers, delivery crew, and all the staff and have absolutely loved our furniture purchases. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

They definitely have hidden gems at Perfect Blend 2 If you take a few minutes to look around. Just make sure you contact them first as they are only doing by appointment right now which in my opinion is great! They also offer delivery if needed AND will send someone with you to help you get your furniture in the house if you need it for a very small fee as well! “Good variety of styles, I noticed most living are sets were earth tones but you might of been able to order them in different colors. I have bought several leather sets there over the years and they have always held up. I was there to get my father a recliner for father's day. Very happy they had it in stock and able to deliver it before father's day. I thought the delivery charge of 80.00 was steep. I found a new couch to replace my current one. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock and i would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks. Decided my current couch was still in good shape, I didn't need it now. The service was good and the salesman was helpful enough.”

They told me to come out and go around to pickup. I had the most incredible service. They provided me a ring of samples and I chose one. They then brought out the sheet so I could get a better look. Tonight we went to buy a hot water heater. Thomas was so very helpful and kind. He had a young guy named Josh I believe helping him. It was wonderful watching Josh listen intently to everything Thomas was saying about hot water heaters. Thomas was not only very knowledgeable in plumbing, he also demonstrated exactly how to provide excellent customer service. Bella was very helpful when we checked out. She even helped load our truck. “Happened upon this wonderful store last week. The staff was so helpful and friendly. With the help of a very sweet lady (so sorry I don't recall her name) we were able to chose a variety of plants and pots for our lanai. She spent quite a bit of time with us, helping us choose the plants and pots. They potted the plants for us (including re-potting some into pots we already owned) and delivered them today. The gentleman who delivered them did a great job getting them onto our lanai and making sure they were just where we wanted them. He had to finish re-potting our palm on the lanai since it was so big and heavy and he made sure to sweep up the little bit of dirt that had spilled out of the pot. When he noticed one of our plants had broken he pointed it out to us and offered to return to the store to bring back another one on his own time at the end of the day. This store has amazing customer service and wonderful people working there who go above and beyond. Their plant selection is fantastic and they have a variety of decorative items as well and gorgeous orchids. We'll definitely be returning!”
