“Lemonis clearly has a knack for jumping in and grasping the big picture and the details quickly to make meaningful recommendations. Compliments to middle-Steven for not letting Lemonis' behavior as if a designer bother him. I believe Grafton must leverage design as main brand value, as Chinese manufacturers arguably own the price-point driven market. They MUST compete on the design level or Chinese manufacturers well step in with much cheaper unit cost, and oftentimes growing competitive design escalation. Time for a new Grafton logo and a direct to retail product line. I have logo ideas if you're interests interested. Good luck.”
