“This place is great! They are so fast and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious! Prices aren't too bad either... You get a lot for your money. I ordered a bunch of Nachos, Quesadillas, a Prime Rib Sandwich, French Fries and Bread Sticks online and my order was ready to pick up in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely be ordering from them again very soon! (Although, Y'all do need a new Greeter... He gawked at me and it was like he didn't understand anything I said. He was quite rude in my opinion. I won't hold that all against you though because I know how hard it is to find good help nowadays.)”

“I fractured my elbow in 3 places, which required surgery. I made the choice to recover at Jackson North's rehab center. I went 3 times a week for 6 weeks and then down to 2 times a week for the remaining 6 weeks. It was an absolutely amazing experience. My Occupational Therapist, Katrina, was AWESOME! She explained everything to me; how my bones were supposed to work and how they were actually working. She challenged me during sessions to reach beyond what I would have done on my own, but she did it in such a calm nature that I was not intimidated at all. I do not know if I would have made as much progress as I did with her. I was sad to "graduate" but also excited that I made great progress and was ready to be released. The rehab facility was very nice and very clean. The equipment looked new and, if it looked a few years old, it was well kept. Not only did Katrina clean each piece of equipment before and after I used, but I saw all the other therapists do so as well. Everyone was super friendly even though I was not their client. And though I dealt with the rehab center, I must say Ms. Betty, who checked me in at security, was fun to see every time. She was always in a great mood. I would definitely recommend the Rehab Center to anyone!!!”

“Great Doctors, great nurses, great place to have an open heart surgery. My dad was there and everyone was amazing, from the doctor who referred him (Dr. José Guzmán), doctors that performed the surgery and staff that took care of him in the ICU and recovery area. Nurses Rick, Claribel in ICU, Angela physical therapy, Dr. Rick physical therapy, Julia Manager nurse in recovery, she was great. Nurse Chris. To many names to name. Everything, everyone was great. The class they teach to take care of you love one at home. Awesome!”

The intake staff or representative was very efficient and pleasant and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. The nurse was also efficient & polite. The PA that I met with, Jennifer, was very helpful regarding my issues as well as doing the testing and explaining everything. “The baby place staff is amazing and the facility isn't bad. My wife had both our daughter here and everyone was kind and thoughtful and attentive during our stay. The only reason I took one star off is the health care advocate that showed up our second day of limited sleep asking for 5700 dollars. Also the paperwork they showed my wife and I didn't have the correct procedure and was for labyrinth followed by an emergency c-section. We had a schedule c-section. Moral of the story I felt this person came into our room under the disguise of being our health advocate but was really a collection agent for the hospital taking advantage of new sleep deprived parents.”

She was so, so caring and friendly toward my son during a difficult time for me when he was in a lot of pain. Check in was super smooth, there was no wait time, the doctor didn’t exactly know her pediatrics super in depth but she gave me the prescription I needed and was very friendly. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.”
