“We stayed at Hotel Belleza for a Girls Getaway with my girlfriends. Highly recommend Claudia - very hard working manager. What I really loved: -Excellent and safe neighborhood, walkable to many joints. - Staff always answered the calls - Great service -They hold your luggage while you have a few hours for your flights. They also have a waiting room to hangout. Service of the staff is more than 5 star I would say. Opportunity for Improvement: - Towels were not frequently replaced as much as we would have liked - Even though they cleaned when asked - I wish we did not have to ask - Not a large laundry room”

“Stayed at the Element Miami for 2 nights when our family's connecting flight to Milwaukee was canceled due to weather. After receiving completely unacceptable service from American Airlines, the Element front desk staff saved the mood!! At check-in Dennis was wonderful! I asked if he could match our discounted rate the next day just out of curiosity and he was more than happy to help. Day 2, the front desk agent (I wish I had remembered his name, had Email address JRios@peachtree) was also great! The guest printer was down and he suggested I email him my document for him to print. Later when I asked him about booking another night, he told me that Dennis had left him a note the night before about our rate!! Finally, Alejandro late afternoon. We asked him if we could watch Packer game on the main lobby TV, he happily put it on. Later came to engage and check on score! Bar could use some change in Ambiance to keep people from peaking their head in, leaving and going out. We watched the game in the lobby because the bar lights were too bright. Take my advice! Remove the quiet girl from the bar and dim the lights! Schedule any of these 3 engaging and smiling gentlemen behind the bar and you have it made! We will be back.”

“Very nice place. The hotel is brand new, it’s like driving a new car. The room is awesome, you can work out inside your place if you want. Nice bath, warm shower. The bed is excellent, clean and comfy (the mattress is not so soft, which I think is very good). Complimentary Breakfast could improve a bit but you always have the option to order fancier (paid) dishes, so it’s a fair offer. The dinner options are a little bit on the expensive side, but nevertheless they have excellent (and healthy) choices so you can have a very good experience there. The restaurant mood is very good. Nice cocktail options too, although I didn’t have them myself. Hotel staff seem to be willing to help always. Approved!”

“Excellent camp to bring your kid to. Our child loves coming here every summer and wants to become a counselor when she is old enough. They have a large ranch with lots of fun outdoor activities for the kids, they will never get bored and meet new lifelong friends. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The checkin process is very easy. The cabins are nice with the bathroom and shower in the cabin. We recommend this camp to everyone that wants to give their child a memorable summer experience.”

“This place is AMAZING!! Whether you stay one night or one month they are amazing. Housekeeping is always so helpful and smiling. Everyone at the front desk is happy. I have been here for almost two months as Im looking for a permanent place and the weekly rate is unbeatable. Outside is so well kept. You can't even tell that anyone smokes outside because every morning the ash trays are cleaned. I can't fined a flaw.”

“Had a perfect experience here especially the check in with Linda who greeted me right away and got me checked in in no time. Room was clean (though the AC was completely off so was kind of musty when I went in), free hot buffet breakfast was tasty, and bed was comfortable with a big bathroom and spacious shower.
