“This is a really good bang for your buck. Everyone there was very friendly. All the employees working there greated me everytime I passed them in the hall way. The room was clean. The towels were low quality. But other than that the room was nice. They have free breakfast and close to the theme parks. I stayed there in April and I don't really have any conplaints. I took a chance staying there and it was worth my $$$. I would go back.”

“Hyde Park Hotel is your phenomenal. I stayed for about a week, and felt very welcome. I moved to Tampa from Illinois for work & business purposes as I am a chef, and a food service safety instructor & exam proctor. My job in Hyde Park is only about a 12 minute walk up Howard Ave. The rooms are fully renovated & cozy, but the beds are California king & very, very comfortable. This takes up some room space, and is very well worth it. Everything is clean, and the property is very quiet. Check-in was a breeze, and I was even able to get an early check-in. Jim, the property owner and manager, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and available for guests. He explained a lot to me about the local housing market including letting me know when the busy season is in Tampa. Hyde Park Hotel is close to Bayshore Blvd. aka Billionaire’s Row, and several fine bars, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend Hyde Park Hotel to all who read this. Thank you, Jim.”

“I stayed there with my family for three nights. The location is really unique and excellent - just a short walk across a pedestrian crossing and after 100 meters you are at the large and at our time empty beach. The view of the bay from the rooms is also nice. The rooms are generally clean and there was nothing to complain about. Some of the furniture is already a bit older and showing its age, but in the operators' responses to other reviews one reads that they are in the process of renewing them. The employees were without exception friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier when we arrived and we were able to check out later when we left. Beach towels were provided upon request. Overall it was a very nice stay in a good suite with very friendly staff. I can absolutely recommend this accommodation.”

“Stayed here one night. Love it! It appeared to be a motel but it has a lot of details to make the stay relaxing. Rooms are extremely clean and refresh. The private beach is so clean and well-equipped seating, with kayaks, toys, pingpong table, lovely canopies. Beautiful and quiet spot for enjoying the sunset view. Also, they have a self-service high end coffee machine (using Starbucks beans) for coffee, espresso, hot chocolate at your finger any time for free! Never had that even in the large high end hotels. Check in and out was a breeze and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Will stay again!”

“The resort is absolutely amazing. From the perfect location to the beautiful interior. Everything was spotless and the beachy decorations were wonderful. The apartments have the perfect size for an incredible beach adventure. We loved every second in there. Joan and Olga will do everything they can to accommodate your needs. We only had two days in the resort due to Hurricane Ian and the evacuations but Joan and Olga did everything they could to inform us about what’s going to happen. We will definitely come again and plan to stay longer this time so that we can catch up on our plans which we had after we got engaged right before the evacuations. Thank you Joan and Olga.”

“My girlfriend and I had a great stay this Memorial Day weekend. Would much rather stay here than a hotel when visiting new Smyrna. Located right on Flagler Ave and a short walk to the beach. We stayed in the flamingo room and it was perfect. Nice balcony overlooking Flagler. Breakfast was great and staff did a great job of making our stay amazing. They will also have a complimentary jar of sangria for you upon arrival”

“We have lived here full time for 8 months now and will probably be here till Jesus comes back!! We love it!! The rates are far better than anywhere else and it includes water, you just pay your electric. They take great care of the lawns. It’s so nice to know the staff are taking care of our mail and deliveries. Pam and Peggy are wonderful!! We had to transfer here from Utah and Pam was great to work with from Utah and we drove right in to our lot when we got here. We are grateful to have found our permanent home here at Citrus Hill😊😊”

“My husband and I stayed for the last weekend of bike week and it was perfect for our weekend getaway! The rooms are clean and well kept. The property manager was super friendly and accommodating! This place was cheaper than most hotels in the area as well. Close to the beach and has a lot of nice little places to go within walking distance. Manager recommended an awesome little tavern down the street from there and we had a blast! We will definitely be staying again when we come back to Florida!”

“I stayed here for almost 2 weeks with my boyfriend. I found the park to have everything I needed and more. The pool & showers are nice and well-taken care of, and they include a laundry room which some parks don't have. The spot was a little tight, but it's in the middle of metropolitan Fort Lauderdale so that's to be expected. My boyfriend and I ride electric scooters and we found the roads to be really nice and well-paved - perfect riding roads. Nancy at the front desk was nice and accommodating as well, even when it was time for us to leave. Another plus side, its also not a far drive from downtown either! One thing I did not like would be that we weren't allowed to stay longer than 2 weeks. The front desk had stated it was policy, but from looking around and from reading reviews I see that there are people that stay longer so I felt a little offended by that however I didn't find out this information until after I left the park. But overall, good stay & would recommend.”

“We arrived here today and for some reason the computer system didn’t have the updated information for our rig. The assistant manager, Rita, showed us the site we had been assigned. After talking with her we decided it wouldn’t be a good fit for our rig. She reassigned is to a newly refurbished site with a wide and long concrete pad, new 50a post and water spigots. Behind the site are some industrial buildings. No noises or privacy issues though. We are right across from one of the pools. Everyone has been helpful and the place is clean and well kept.”
