“This place is your average Florida time share. It does have updated counters and appliances. The pull out couch in the living room is not comfortable for adults much better suited for children. The view in the one bedrooms is awesome, the two bedrooms are across the street from the beach but if you want a quiet beach holiday you can't beat this place.”

“My Dad was here for 4 months. If you communicate with the aids, are available to them when they need you, a part of your loved ones life, and a regular visitor, this place is AMAZING. My Dad was in a nursing home before where he was just a number and the aids were rude. When one is an aid, whether a CNA or an aid, you have to have compassion for your patients ALWAYS. They do here. After the nursing home experience, dealing with the owner Margueritte, the aids and CNA's Charmagne, Elsa, and Angela was an experience from heaven. My father had dimentia stage 6 that rapidly progressed to stage 7, and lung cancer stage 4. The aids were compassionate to my father even though he was rude and mean as a snake (dimentia does that). They were also compassionate to me. I got to know them. They were kind. They called me when they were supposed to. They called me when they needed something for my Dad. I, my mother, my friends, and other would show up unannounced only to find my dad well taken care of and clean. Sometimes my Dad refuse bathes because of his dimentia. The aids would call me to get me to call my dad to coerce him into allowing them to get him clean ("I won't come visit unless you are clean" etc.). They treated me as though I am family. Today my Daddy passed. Hospice was there 24/7 for the last 3 weeks or so, but when I got there to see his body, all the aids came to be with me at 3 AM. I will think of them often and wonder how they are doing. They became my family because of my Daddy. I also got to know all of the other residents there, and they are all well taken care of. “Nice well appointed hotel and pool with great staff. Only complaint was lack of refrigerator in the room even though we had "booked" a room with one. The horse theme is nice and the rooms are larger than average with cozy beds and nice areas to work. I would stay here again and the staff were wonderful! My wife enjoyed the pool area while I was in meetings all day.”

“My husband and I have stayed here a few times. Great location. Activities galore! The food is always enjoyable. Don't miss the weekend smoker fest! One weekend we found several smokers going during an early morning walk. After enquiring, we found it was afternoon BBQ ???? for the restaurant. If you enjoy frog ???? legs, they do'em right!! The staff has always been kind and courteous.”

I have been coming to disney/universal for 20 yrs I was a DVC member for 15 yrs This was the nicest property i have EVER stayed at (including all the DVC properties) Amazing for a big family!!! Home has a pool and acess to a great community clubhouse We stayed with 8 people and had SO much room Upstairs family room was terrific! Victor our property manager was OUTSTANDING! Thanks for the best stay ever!!”
