“Location is great, Friendly staff and great price. Pool and pirate ship was fun for the kids. Minor issues with the suite. Locks on bathroom door didn’t work or some doors didn’t latch properly. Which made it a bit awkward. Couch was well used and was sunken in the middle so sitting you got really friendly with your neighbor. LOL”

“En general bien La habitación muy completa, limpia, tiene lo necesario para estar a gusto. El complejo grande, agradable, cerca de los parques, a no más de 15 minutos .Si todos los días los designas a ir a parques no aprovechas el hotel. “Very nice resort.....spoiler, time share. Lots of entertainment daily and you receive a weekly event sheet. Live entertainment is very, very good. Place is large with many pools, tennis courts and more. Place is good if you have children. Disney or Universal can only entertain so much without you going broke and tired. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dryer in apartment, screened balcony and outside grilling available.”

“The location was great. I hate that some buildings had elevators while others didn't. Entrance door did not have any weather striping. The room that I stayed in had a sky light, would recommend. The service was very good. The front desk will inform you about any updates to weather, events, and room service. If you need something, then don't hesitate to call. The front desk are more than happy to assist their guest. Room service is expensive. But there is other restaurants around the areas which make eating affordable.”

“Great vacation spot. Very quiet but LOTS OF FUN at pool and around facility. Lots of pools to chose from and every one we went to were clean. Staff were always helpful. We were woken up one morning at 7am from either lawnmower or weed whacking but got great sleep the other nights. Great security here and would highly recommend. So much to do outside facility too.”

“We absolutely love Marriott and Royal Palms. We have stayed here twice now and have had perfect stays. We had an issue with another hotel we chose in Kissimmee and we were fortunate enough to go back to royal palms. They were able to accommodate us on a 5 minutes notice for a 7 day stay. After their hospitality, we decided this is the only hotel we will use here again! Everything in the 2 bedroom suite is modern and clean. There’s a full kitchen with dishes and utensils, washer, dryer, 2 bathrooms, balcony, loads of towels and linens, the works! And the staff goes above and beyond in making sure you have an amazing stay. The people at the check in desk, the gentleman who drives the tram, and the cleaning crew, everyone is fantastic! Thanks again for a peaceful, relaxing vacation ????”

“The Contemporary Resort is basically the main hotel in Disney. It was nice there, would obviously go back again. They have great service, & AMAZING food! We ate at Chef Mickey’s our first day there and we loved it and couldn’t wait to try other places, my dad liked Chef Mickey the most because of their waffles :) we all kind of liked the fact we could get whatever we want on our waffles (Chocolate Chips, Fudge, Sprinkles,Etc.) We ate at Chef Mickey’s our first and last day there. We all knew we liked it and we needed somewhere to eat for breakfast and we chose Chef Mickey because we enjoyed it a lot.”

The rooms are a nice layout and they are renovating which will make the resort as nice as their staff. Lots of free programming for the kids and the restaurants are very good. “One of the best of the Villas (Vacation Club timeshares rented to non-members). The two bedroom villas have three bathrooms, making them ideal for large families. Big selling point - you can walk to the Magic Kingdom. Bus or monorail to other parks. While expensive, you can save a lot by buying groceries and cooking some meals. Disney food prices are notoriously high. Great pool area and lots of games for the kids. Book early, these go fast once they open up.”

“Totally remodeled and funky fresh. Sliding glass shower doors, pocket door for bathroom, and barn door to separate the sink and makeup room from main/bedroom area. Huge mirrors and a ton of counter space and storage slots around the sink. Abundant lighting and even a lit magnifying mirror too. Beds are Comfortable and have fresh white sheets/linens that are so clean. The bed is also raised so there is storage for your empty luggage and backpacks. Huge 55" flat screen TV. There's also a mini fridge that looks more like a wine chiller, but it works. There is an iron and board and a hair dryer in each room. Open hanging bar for shirts and pants with those type of hangers provided. I love the little knob off of the closet that allows you to hang a item and steam it, if you brought your own steamer. Gone are little Micky Mouse shampoo and soap bottles for a cruise ship type "hotel refillable trio" of soap/shampoo/conditioner. HUGE improvements over most hotel rooms at this price point.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was really pleasant and the property is beautiful. Huge lobby and amazing pools. Spacious rooms. Didn’t get a chance to use the spa but have heard great things about it as well. Waiting staff at the restaurant for breakfast was really nice. The complementary shuttle to take you to Disney was on time and very clean. Had Disney movies playing for the children. Hotel shares amenities with the Waldorf next door while is an amazing property as well. Pools get a little crowded at Bonnet Creek since guests of the WA come over since the pool is better at Bonnet Creek.”
