“This is a large, mid-range non-chain hotel across the highway from the beach. It is perfectly acceptable, and the owners appear to trying to provide a good experience, so good for them. Plenty of free parking, a couple decent restaurants nearby, and a fun place for breakfast right across the street on the beach. The pool isn't really very enticing.”

The amenities were outstanding, which include a great pool, beautiful gardens, and an amazing location in walking distance to the beach, tennis courts and stores. Furthermore, Claire, the property manager, is a wonderful person and host who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and questions. “My family and I just spent an entire week here, and it was Amazing!!! We actually ended up buying into a unit so we can return every year. Dawn, the manager, is doing a fantastic job making improvements to the property, and she always makes you feel welcome. Duane, the maintenance man, needs a serious pay raise!! He has to be on of the best I have ever seen!!! He keeps the property in spectacular shape! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the grounds and pool area were beautiful, and the beach was Amazing!”

“I've been here a few times on service calls and the people are usually friendly. This neighborhood has a great waterfront with benches to sit and enjoy the view of the water. There looks to be other amenities like shuffleboard but just sitting on the bench on the waterfront is serene.”

“While the staff was wonderful and caring, we were told we would be called the following morning at 9am regarding lab results for our geriatric border collie mix, who was not feeling well at all. We never received a phone call. I called several times throughout that day and the following one to get his lab results. That was several weeks ago. Despite leaving several messages we never received a phone call back letting us know what was wrong with him. Luckily his symptoms have passed at this point. I want to add that they got us in quickly and every other aspect of our visit was great! But, not communicating lab work to let you know how your pet is doing isn’t something I would think is good practice normally.”
