“Call the front desk to see what deals they may have. Me and my family went here for my son's birthday, he wanted to stay on the beach. I'm so honored to receive a discounted rate because honestly this room isn't worth $400 a night on a weekday. Very friendly staff. They will get whatever you need without any attitude. They have a resort style pool, restaurant and bar and all of it was good...food and drinks were good. They delivered our food right to us when we were at the pool. Beach area is nice with shower and walkway. Room was very clean just need some improvements to the bathroom would make this room really worth it. We had 2 balconies in our suite. We enjoyed our stay. Make sure you get your parking pass and the amount of bracelets for all staying. Breakfast is served in the dining room so get there early. As a mental health advocate for Strength You Cant See, here in Jacksonville Fl, going to the beach is such a relaxing space to pray and relieve any stressors.”

“I lived here as a traveler for 6 months. The people and the staff made me feel very at home and very welcome. The management and other staff bent over backward to make sure my needs were met! The owners are are so super sweet and so very kind! My neighbors were nothing but amazing and always willing to lend a hand if needed!! The rv park is just a few blocks from an AMAZING grocery store with a gas station, less than a mile from the beach, the area has some really great bike paths that are off the street, it is in a very safe part of the island and the people that I encountered out and about, everywhere on the island, were so very down to earth, polite and courteous people! As a female, who newly travels by herself, I felt very safe and very at home there...as did my husband who helped move me there!! They are currently, as of 03/01/2021, undertaking some renovations and getting a little face lift...but aside from that, being able to feel safe and be close to everything...it’s worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY YOU PAY! As a matter of fact, now that I have moved on to my next assignment, I am learning just how very blessed I was to be able to have stayed at Sandpiper Mobile Home Park! I built some amazing friendships there... some of which will always be considered my second family!! I CAN NOT WAIT to go back there again!! :)”

The only thing I’d say is the carpet in the room. Isn’t the best, smells like cigarette but other than that is okay! You get what you pay for. “Sand Vista is a true GEM in a wonderful area! We visited for the first time recently and were amazed at the location, hospitality, friendliness and unique vibes it had to offer. The staff was incredible, we had more than enough of everything stocked and ready in our room upon arrival and extra options, such as beach chairs, were abundant. The layout is fun, the pool and social area were great, the people are wonderful and the room was perfect for a weekend stay! We are already planning a trip back! We highly recommend a stay here if you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.”
