“Country Villa Estates is a great place to live. I find it to be quiet, relaxing and friendly. The park is clean and is kept up nicely. The office staff is easy to work with and the rent is reasonable. They have a fair pet policy and residents appear to care for their pets responsibly. The location is also a big plus as it is close to many stores and restaurants. I really enjoy living here at Country Villa Estates.”

“Our room was extremely clean. The bed was o.k., but rather soft. The sheets would not stay tucked in, so that was annoying. There was no bathtub, just a shower, but not a big deal. The air conditioning temperature was comfortable, but "moist" air, so it felt "wet/humid" all night. The breakfast was good. (Waffles, toast, muffins, cold cereal, instant hot cereal, drinks, etc.) If you need eggs & bacon, you will need to go to a restaurant. But, after all, it was free. So, for the price, it was not a bad place to stay.”

“We stayed for our belated anniversary celebration weekend August 20-23. We had a great time! This is my new home away from home now! The rooms are perfect and cozy, nothing fancy, but they are very transparent on their website. I actually LOVE how they have the chairs and umbrellas set up so all you do is go out, find a chair, crank open the umbrella and enjoy! And the wheelchair mat going out to the dune is awesome! I wish more resorts would do this! We spent our time going back and forth between the pool and beach. We really enjoyed the pool, it is the perfect size for a quick dip. The grounds are maintained beautifully as well! Ben was a pleasure to talk with and he made our weekend just that much better. I cannot wait to return ! Thank you for a fantastic weekend ! 😃”

I am Grateful for her support and the expertise In finding the perfect place for her. I can pop Over daily and bring her emotional support dog along for a visit. Everyone was nice and helpful, but I want to give a special shoutout to Sohn at breakfast! He was so kind, gave a full rundown of everything available at breakfast when I arrived, helped me as I made my plate, and even walked with me to the elevator to push the buttons because my hands were full with my plate and beverage. His warm, joyful energy in the morning gave my day the perfect start!”
