“Last week we came to stay at this Residence Inn on Treasure Island, St Pete Beach, because we had stayed there 6 years ago and had a wonderful experience. And it was a wonderful experience this time as well! Erica, the General Manager, and her staff, Marilee and Amanda, were all exceptional! Every single employee was so nice! I had a slight medical emergency and Erica and Amanda were both so attentive and helpful and provided me with what I needed to find the closest urgent care. The room was beautiful and very clean! Hands down the best hotel stay we've had! This is our favorite hotel in Florida and we will be back! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and comfortable!”

“We love Amelia Island Plantation and the Omni Hotel Resort. People are very friendly and helpful. We always get a warm welcome. The walking trails are beautiful but I do wish there were more directional signs throughout the grounds. It is nice to have room options that include a hotel room or the larger villas with 2 or 3 bedrooms. The ocean view is peaceful and the sunrises are gorgeous. I felt the front gate attendants were very friendly and helpful also. The beaches are large and well kept. Overall the atmosphere is very relaxing.”

After booking online through a third party site, we were told that our reservation wasn't in the system. We contacted the company we reserved through but were left feeling as though the site was a potential scam. After explaining the situation to Rose at the front desk, she was incredibly sympathetic and went above and beyond to help us out, and we stayed in a wonderfully comfortable and clean suite. “The new Managers Debbie and Mike are outstanding! They are Exactly the kind of positive energy and professionalism this RV park needed. There are some incredibly kind residents with big hearts at this RV park that make you feel at home and welcome...you'll love them right back too. As it is a small & close community, there is a tiny insignificant click of residents that are in the business of the gossip. Insecure, so they talk about other people. That's just something to be found wherever you go. Sidenote: - Whoever gossips to you, will gossip about you. But the majority of the gossip click could pass for being 109 years old so let em' keep on keeping on. There are too many other awesome residents to spend your time getting to know here. Again, Debbie and Mike are the outstanding management team this park and the residents deserved. There are residents here you'll just want to adopt and call your own they are so lovable. If you RV or mobile home it, it offers the best of both. I highly recommend this RV Park and the awesomeness of manager's Debbie, Mike and the non-gossipy residents!!!”

“Over the Holiday weekend I struggled finding my handicap elderly mother a place to stay on very short notice. She was unable to climb stairs at my home. This was the closest location available, 15 mins away from where I live. The next morning I was delayed getting back to help her w/ getting breakfast. Karen handling the Food Service assisted my mother. Karen and the GM seeing to it that she safely returned to her room. Another staff member retrieved some ice for her. She was alone in the room, tripped and fell. Fire & Rescue had to be called to assist her up. Again, the Staff was very attentive, making sure Paramedics had instant access to get into her room. I expressed my gratefulness to all! The rooms here appear to be recently updated. New AC Units, nice beds, clean flooring, overall very clean and well maintained. The Pool, Lobby, breakfast service area, and all common areas also well maintained. I personally spoke to the GM before leaving, very kind and sincere. Highly recommended!”

“When I first started staying here I had a bad experience with one of the employees. She gave me a hard time about one of their policies, and I wasn't pleased with how she handled herself. But other than that, the place is clean, quiet, and the manager is a reasonable dude that took the time to explain something to me that I questioned. So instead of one star, I give them four. There is room for improvement, but they don't have far to go to get that fifth star.”

“Stayed this past Wednesday and Thursday, and had an amazing experience. The valet gentleman were very nice, polite, and helped explain where to park our car. Then also helped explain where to walk to get to Universal city walk. The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff greeted us with smiling faces (even when wearing protective face masks) and warm hospitality. Hand Sanitizer stations were nice to have everywhere and our room was very nice. We will absolutely be back! Especially with just a 15 min or less walk to Universal across the street!!”

“Came here for a business meeting. Very clean and welcoming upon walking in. Bar on the side, not quite sure if it was an actual restaurant. Pool and fitness center located in the front. The conference room was very nice and perfect for what we needed. Fit about 30 people comfortably and it looked like they had a separator too so if you needed more space, it looked possible. Great location if you're from out of town; located near I-75 and the crosstown and anything you could possible need within 5 minutes.”

“The BEST hotel in Miami! Everything is incredible in this hotel. There is not a single thing that I have not liked. The staff is super friendly and professional. The room is very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The lobby is beautiful and a good place to sit for a while and relax. They gave me towels to go to the beach and free coffee and I also got a 10% discount at the nearby restaurant “The Bistro” just for being a guest at The Landon Hotel! The area is very quiet, just a few minutes away from the beach, restaurants and the Bal Harbour Shops. They have parking which for me is super important. I really enjoyed every single minute in this hotel and I cannot wait to be back! Thanks for making me feel better than in my own home. Highly recommended!!!”

“Extremely impressed with this hotel. Very clean and they had way more to offer than similarly priced hotels nearby including: daily breakfast, laundry, basketball court, pool, and printing which we took full advantage of. (Note: the laundry takes quarters so get those from the front desk.) We even used the dishwasher in the room a few times with the provided plates/utensils. When the AC started acting up the manager upgraded our room for two nights to the "apartment style" which was fantastic. We stayed here two weeks while awaiting our household goods to be delivered (overseas military move). It was such a good experience we went back a week later for two more nights when we got tired of sleeping on air mattresses. So far customer service in the Homestead area has been terrible literally everywhere except here. I don't know why that is, but it was a breath of fresh air to get some genuine hospitality. The entire staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us. They even provided a crib for our baby, complimentary waters, and advice on navigating the area. Special shoutouts to Sasha and Michael at the front desk for their exceptional service. 👏”
