“Not sure how to rate a hotel with starts if is not rated as such.that’s why I did 4. However, I was impressed how clean the room and the overall location was. Parking well illuminated. I like that the staff is not dressed as a code and more as their own vibe and you know they are employees because their courteous service, so you know who to talk. It does have that retro vibe, that was very nice. I didn’t had a chance to go to the roof top, but seems like a popular thing to do in that area. Bathroom: very clean, all the usual “chain” hotel layout not missing. This is not your usual hotel, so they have things that didn’t follow the tradition and I like that. the half glass in the shower is cool. They have their own very nice and clean vibe! Breakfast: straight forward, good service and good. My girlfriend tried the steak and egg and that steak was surprisingly very good we didn’t expected that.”

“Although it was for the passing of my 99 years young grandfather we had a nice time! Great location right off the beach, and plenty of restaurants! Met some really nice people in the building! Staff professional and courteous! I would definitely return in the warmer months to enjoy the beach! The apt was through Airbnb plenty of room, cozy and exactly as pic shown! Full kitchen, beautiful bathroom. CLEAN!!! No complaints here! I would recommend!”

“Had a one night stay during Easter weekend. I requested an early check in which was confirmed during my reservation. I arrived and had to wait an additional hour due to the room not being clean. The staff was extremely kind and apologetic about it. This though was the only somewhat negative experience. The room was really clean and spacious, staff friendly and helpful. Limited breakfast due to COVID restrictions which was understandable and the location of the Hotel was optimal as it is in close proximity to the mall and assortment of eateries. Enjoyed our stay and this will be my Hotel of choice when in the area. View from the room was beautiful as we were close to the King and Queen towers.”

“I was greeted by the people who I assume were managers at the park when i arrived. They were very helpful and explained the place and the area for touring around. The best part was when Barb and John stopped by to see if we along with others were comfortable and were clear that the park was concerned about everyone's comfort and were told to bring any concerns to their attention. I came in driving a rented convertible and Barb come to me to ask that i please be aware that music is much louder outside that normal but in a way that expressed concern for others rather than in a mean or nasty way. Those are good people if you ask me. Its a big deal when people actually care about the whole rather than just a few. Good experience, and thank you.”
