“Very nice primitive park. We camped out in February and were the ONLY ones within miles! Not a single mosquito bite! Absolutely marvellous place . Many people riding 4wheelers around , but everyone was very nice! if you take the North Entrance (Bee Line Hwy) the roads are good all the way to camp sites!”

“needs rinse off station and running water and bathroom. otherwise very nice and safe and clean. It's also a part of intercostal and you can watch all of the boats go by. It also has a full court basketball court and a pretty good sand court and nice kids playground with mulch.”

“I was expecting to take a long walk on the trail to tire our legs then hop on the paddle board through some mangroves to tire our arms and get to the beach for some relaxation - plan did not go accordingly. The beach was an absolute pleasure though! Nice labeled vegetarian along the trail to the beach, no crowd to battle for nice spot on the beach, and absolute solitude when you're out there. Definitely welcomes an older crowd. As for trail walking, don't expect anything large. Google maps make it look like theres a lot to walk but it isn't much at all. Same goes for the water. On the water, where you cross the bridge, there wasn't anything to see. Not your spot to sight-see in the water. All open water, but it is relaxing. There is a hose to rinse off your boat/board. A great spot if you just want a picnic table in the shade. Some spots to sit are around the first parking lot upon entering. $5 entry into park.”

“This is a great park! Get there early and rent a kayak. Be sure to check tides because at low tide, you'll have to walk your kayak instead of paddle because of how shallow it can get. I've seen dolphins and lots of jumping fish. The beach is great and behind the sand dunes there is a nice shaded nature walk with lots of butterflies. There are lots of places to picnic and places to launch your own kayak/paddle board/canoe”

“For a small little garden in lake county it's nice. Wife kid and I enjoy walking around here . Beautiful native plants and signs to learn more about what could be in your own yard. They also have people there on certain days to answer any other questions you may have.”

“Beautiful clubhouse. Park is clean and well-maintained. Restrooms are clean but dark inside and a bit dated in terms of decor and equipment. Staff are good and there lots of space for all manner of activities or just a picnic.”

“I absoluely love the women and men that work here. They are amazing with helping you plan your funeral for your loved one, even when it’s hard. Julee and Annie were absolutely incredible helping me pick everything out and just made me feel at home. They made the process way easier then I thought it was going to be. This funeral home is just wonderful and they treat you like family. I walked in with open arms as soon as I walked in the door. Even though I don’t want to have to do this again.. I know exactly where I will always go for the in the future.”
