“A really wonderful place to walk around in. The wildlife and fauna forces you to take some time to relax. There are a few too many dogs in there, perhaps it's what keeps the gators fed. Plenty of parking and directly across from a beach entryway. We will for sure stop by again next year when we're in town.”

“This was my second trip with Gary. Each time I brought a first time quail hunter. Gary made sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of for the day. The dogs were outstanding and did their job admirably, even if we didn’t always keep up our end of the deal. The quail were big and healthy and took to the air well. The coveys were manageable sizes and plentiful. We will definitely be coming back for more! Kudos to Gary and the exceptional dogs he runs! Did I mention the solid points and energetic flushing by the dogs too? You must see it to believe it.”

“Pheasant Branch Conservancy is a wonderful resource for residents and visitors of Dane county. It's trails and water features can provide you with hours and hours of hiking and exploring. The wildlife is great as well. The Sandhill cranes definitely take advantage of the conservancy space. There are multiple ways to access the conservancy off of and around Hwy M.”

“Family friendly park tucked away near the bay. The park is well kept. You can sit near the water, play basketball, tennis, soccer or at the playground. Enjoy a barbecue or the exercise area with outdoor equipment and countless wonderful areas for yoga. Amazing park overall!”

“My son often asks for "the tallest slide in the city" and we haven't found a park with taller slides than Betty Wolfe park. It has a taller structure for older kids and a smaller one for tots, plus nice swings and a balance beam and seesaw. He also loves the rock climbing structures and it has a nice walking path for "nature walks." All around great park with something for all ages.”

“Loved Frog creek the staff were so sweet and helpful. We brought our own kayaks and paddled down the creek it was scary with jumping fish but we had a great time. The campsite was clean and spacious. The pool was warm. Camped for 3 nights before we moved on. Would stay there again if we are in the area.”
