“Love the beach period. Wish they'd redo the landscaping. My daughter is a landscaping architect and she would turn that place into a beautiful tourist site. They should get rid of weeds and add flowers or a few more palm trees. A small cafe or ice cream truck , even it it's on wheels. A small gift shop would also be cute and a boardwalk.”

“Great place to let your dogs run. They did a fantastic job with the remodel! There are only 2 things holding me back from 5 stars. 1) The water situation. While the fountains are great in theory, they're not very practical. You'll have 5 dogs waiting for the quickest human to hit the button. Several of us brought bowls that got stolen. I'd like to see the buckets back. 2) The gate should open the other way. When entering the park, the way the second gate opens allows the dogs to run out of the play area. Its sometimes challenging when you're trying to enter.”

“Beautiful park with many trails! Perfect for biking, skating, hiking with a stroller or simply taking a walk. Not the best option if you want to sit down and have a picnic or whatnot. Connected to Flatwoods park.”

“This is just a trail head so no amenities. Beautiful trails, a small bridge and super small observation deck. There was a huge family of crows who hung out with us at the deck. Very peaceful and trails are well marked. Being plenty of water and bug spray!”

“This is a hidden gem in the Tampa Palms area for hiking and running. This is a good alternative to Flatwoods. Be prepared to get muddy as the back end of the trails are rough and aren't clearly marked. You can easily get 4-5 miles out of this trail. Parking is sparse and is 1/4 mile from the entrance. The trails are very light traffic and can go without seeing anyone on them. Go check this out if you haven't been.”

“The Clarke House was amazing this year in spite of the pandemic. The "tractor" train ride was so entertaining. Everything was sanitized after every ride. Singers were good. Couldn't tell if there were any vendors missing. Everything was very well put together. Distances were pretty ample. Good job! Had a very pleasant time!”

“Great beaches. Very secluded if your willing to walk a little bit you'll be the only person on the beach. If you don't want to walk you also have a lot of space and very few other park goers around. Great for fishing, walking, shell hunting or relaxing. We went in June. The park rangers are very helpful. If we are ever back in the area this is the only beach we would go to.”

“My husband and I came out for a quick morning hike and it was a beautiful trail. I can't remember the name of the trail we took. It was well maintained. It did have two different mileage statements for the same trail, but other than that it was well marked.”

“Great service. Did the mountain bike trail. First time ever doing mountain biking. It was tough. Their course is well maintained and caters to all kinds of level. I’m glad I did it with a friend. If I was going by myself, I would have no clue where I was going. The views of the bay are breathtaking.”

“i would truly like to give 10 stars to both Kim and Skyway Memorial Funeral Home. Not only was Kim the consummate professional, but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND with even the smallest detail of my mother-in-law's wake and funeral service. She picked up all the "slack" that I was unable to deal with since I was traveling by car from Massachusetts to Florida. Not even COVID-19 stopped Kim from planning the perfect service for my almost...105 year-old mother-in-law... The "viewing" area at Skyway was also beautiful and peaceful. KUDOS and my sincere thanks to everyone at Skyway!!!”

“This park is great at is very friendly front desk agents in very comfortable spaces. They have an amazing rec Hall with a great pool I believe it is Olympic size which is great for doing laps. “This place was pretty cool. Several fun things to do here. First is the boat launch at the end of the island. It’s got a decent ramp, but no parking for boat trailers. Along that area are spots to fish, a beach and a little trail along the beach. Second, there is an Native American Indian mound at this preserve. It’s back near the entrance but it’s a nice little historical area that tells the history of the natives and the settlers that came after. I love that sort of stuff and this was my favorite area of the preserve. Third, there are so many walking trails here it’s not even funny. Miles and miles of paved and non-paved trails. On top of all that you’ve got an observation tower that’s not too hard to get to, a couple of docks and plenty of areas to picnic. The rangers station up front is near the welcome center that has actual bathrooms. Otherwise you’re going to see port-a-johns. Overall, it was a fun place to spend a day and I will likely return.”

“Sent my daughter here as a boarder 20 years ago, as a rising 10th grader. Before attending she was an underachiever at a private Catholic school in South Florida getting mostly C’s. This school gave her the incentive and skills to step it up and become a leader in and out of the classroom. She got accepted into the University of Florida, and now is employed in a great company in Atlanta, making great decisions for her firm, and earning a nice 6 figure salary with all the perks. I can HONESTLY say, this school was the beginning of greatness for my daughter. It taught her how to succeed for College when ordinary schools do not. Is it worth it? It depends on what you think your kids future is worth. After you answer that question it’s a pretty easy answer. This school is special. So many fond memories for me as a parent, just seeing my daughter grow, mature and become a successful leader. 20 years later I know where it all began. God bless.”

“Me and my friend recently went to Watson Island Park. Watson Island Park is a lovely beach located in the heart of Miami, FL. The best part of the beach besides the amazing views of the Golden Gate bridge is that there is a large stretch of sand that makes the beach feel expansive.”
