“No no doubt about it I remember when they built this part I was a young kid myself it was awesome then and it is extremely awesome now. Boat ramps and not I can take my grandson fishing nothing big to catch but enough to make him happy people are pretty nice I wish more people would pick up after themselves however the park has plenty of trash cans is awesome and always clean plenty of paived stroll ways. Party/reunion Pavilions several screened-in all covered picnic areas have grills that seem to be kept clean kind of course lots of shade for a hot summer days the park is enormous and lots of places to venture around.”

“Pleasing picture perfect place for kids 1 -12. The play area is absolutely enormous and up-to-date extreme clean and lots of trash cans. Your kids will never be bored and neither will you please keep a close eye or it is right next to Lake Parker and there are alligators that like to come up and sun and shade throughout the day keep a close eye on your children on and off the playground please”

“The nicest people, cleanest park, not a "roughing it" kind of place. Laundry, pool, community center and several other amenities make this the go to place in Cocoa. 15 minutes to all attractions and fun. Highly recommend this park for short or long term stay”

“I stayed here over Wednesday and Thursday nights. I was in campsite 8. There was not another person in the campground the entire time I was there. It was wonderful. Campsite 8 is the smallest of all the campsites but perfect for 1 or 2 campers. I saw plenty of wildlife and even had a bear sighting. It was amazing. If you are planning on camping here please know that firewood is hard to find unless you get off the beaten path. There is a lot of wood if you get off the main road and explore a little bit. The bathroom was very clean and large. It is even handicap accessible. The water pump is nice but you cannot drink the water. Bring plenty of your own for drinking and washing dishes or whatnot. The pump water is perfect for washing hands. Campsite 8 has no shade from about 10:00 am until about 3:00 pm during the month of January. Bring a tarp and some rigging to give you a little relief from the sun. Hiking is great and if your quiet enough the wildlife is all over. You are also close to the St. John's river by a short walk or drive past the campsite. It is a fee area but I am unsure if that goes for campers as well. If you like getting out and having a great experience this is the place.”

“Beautiful park. Has 2 playgrounds. Has lots of ball parks and has a soccer greenery. Gorgeous walking trails and a tower on the walking trails that towers over the trees. All the lakes and white bridges really makes the park beautiful. I love this park!”

“Brevard Feed & Seed is a well-stocked, family- run farm supply store that can handle all of your pet, livestock and grass needs. Nancy is the owner and she knows her business very well! Friendly place, the type of store that back in the day you would go there to get all the local news! I visit often!”

“I have a 120 pound pitbull which I like to bring to the park. He loves running with the other dogs and ripping their throats out. The thick mulch throughout the park makes washing the blood away very simple and convenient. I go there every Wednesday evening with Zeus, come down and join us.”

“We love this park, so much todo! We have been here for 17 years it has changed so much but it is a beautiful park and they have added so much. There is enough shade and seating,or cool off in the splash park! Bring the pup to the dog park or take a walk down the trail to the fields and court's. All around a great park with ice cream right across the street.”

“Great free adventure right off the highway. We were the only ones on the trail. It was about 93 degrees so the playground wasn't a good option. The bird watch tower was wonderful minus peoples trash in some areas. Lots of wildlife to be seen.”

“If you want to see giant flesh-eating alligators, you've come to the right place. Park near the circle of picnic tables and walk up to the walkway on the ridge. If it's anything like today was, you might see 5 to 10 alligators swimming stealthly around in the channel or just off the bank with their snouts poking out of the water. Feels like a safe distance with nice viewpoints to walk out on high above the channel.”
