“I have been training one on one with Claire for 3 months. Not only have I lost weight, but my body has become stronger and leaner thanks to her variety of exercises that she has me complete each session. Claire has a positive, energetic and upbeat personality that makes you want to work out to the best of your ability every time you are with her. I love her private gym, it is spotless and I feel very safe when I am there. Claire has a great array of music to keep you motivated and the time passes very quickly. “I don’t normally write reviews but this has been the greatest experience that I have ever come across. When I found this therapy business, I said to myself “this is great,” it’s right by my house. I signed my son up for speech therapy with Ms Maggie and she has been great. My son loves her so much and looks forward to coming and seeing her. He has made so much progress since we started. Brittney is awesome too. She is the face of the business and handles herself and everything very well. She keeps you in the loop with everything such as getting singed up to contacting the insurance company and getting approvals to scheduling. Likewise, all the other teachers here, they’re all great and very professional. Don’t look anywhere else !! You won’t be sorry !!”

“Was referred here for PT on my hip from my PCP at Macdill. I absolutely LOVE this office. Their entire staff is extremely friendly and personable from the moment you walk in. They really listen to you when you’re explaining what’s going on and have helped me find items on Amazon to help continue rehabbing my hip at home. The owner Joel even took time out of his busy day to write a note for my PCP to help get me further diagnostic testing done. I’d 100% recommend them to anyone needing PT!”

“I started physical therapy to strengthen both my ankles after being in boots for several months. All the staff at Nocatee were amazing and I felt at ease from the beginning. Alex, the office administrator, was courteous and helpful in getting my appointments set up and making sure they were convenient. Brittany and Madelyn were my therapists, both were very knowledgeable and professional. Madelyn was especially compassionate yet encouraging during our treatments. “I want to let everyone know about my wonderful experience at Revive Physiotherapy! I was having severe pain in both of my shoulders. The pain was very intense and kept me awake at night. I went to a well known doctor in Jacksonville and he prescribed physical therapy with a possibility of surgery. I went to a PT office in Jacksonville and spent 4 weeks doing PT and received zero relief. I felt like I was just a number because the therapist was seeing me and several other patients at the same time. The doctors had no clear diagnosis but wanted to do exploratory surgery on my right shoulder. I have no interest in unnecessary surgery. I looked for alternatives that might help. My wife found Revive Physiotherapy on the internet. I made an appt and met with the owner Catherine Rada. I noticed right from the start her professionalism and that she truly wanted to help me with my injuries. I started the physical therapy program with Catherine that focused on stretching different muscle groups and working on specific joints and their movements. While I was there I received one on one care since she only sees one patient at a time. She has helped me strengthen my shoulders and found other problematic areas that were also hindering my movement. She showed me many different workouts and stretches that I could do that would help me heal and stay pain free. After 3 months of work with Catherine at Revive I was feeling much better and was able to get my shoulder mobility back. I have kept up everything that she showed me how to do and I am now completely pain free. Best of all I no longer have to think about surgery and the long recovery.”

“Amazing amazing amazing! I am so glad that I chose them for my urgent care needs. They were the closest clinic to my house that accepted my insurance. I do believe they handle mostly work related accidents, but they are still an urgent care. They got me straight back when I came in, so the only waiting I did was back in the exam room- waiting for my insurance and payment to be ran, then the visit went by super quick! The entire staff is incredible, and made me feel super comfortable. Especially the sweet man who did my stitches, (if I remember to I will come back to post his name. He deserves credit!). He had the best personality and made me feel at ease the whole time! I was in and out fairly quickly. I will definitely be choosing them again if need be! After this visit, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.”

Enter Amy, Director at the LBK Fitness Quest. Visiting a few times a week brought excellent progress in the management of this potentially debilitating issue through her patient and effective physical therapy. Thoroughly and carefully explaining all the exercises in my routine, as well as monitoring my progress, has given me comfort and confidence whether kayaking, or more importantly, cycling, something I try and do daily.
