He was so kind, gave a full rundown of everything available at breakfast when I arrived, helped me as I made my plate, and even walked with me to the elevator to push the buttons because my hands were full with my plate and beverage. His warm, joyful energy in the morning gave my day the perfect start!”

“If you want fancy this is not the place for you or your loved one. If you want a place that feels more like home, you will find it at Greenwood Place. My mom has been in memory care at Greenwood for almost 6 years. I will not lie. I have thought about moving her multiple times over the years. Under the new management things have improved exponentially. Memory Care no longer seems like the red-headed stepchild at the dinner table. Shylonda is wonderful and loves the residents. She wants them to feel like they are home. I can't say enough good things about the staff she has hired. I only give Greenwood a four star rating because there are still some improvements that can be made aesthetically and in housekeeping. I want to add, I don't go every once in awhile. I go at least 3 to 4 times a week and observe everything.”
