We were then guided from the beginning of our research on the areas to be favored (avoiding flood zones, for example, or favoring certain buildings or neighborhoods because of our location) and obtained daily selections of potential properties. After a day of visits, we made an offer on a new house below the asking price. After a few rounds of negotiation a counter-offer was accepted. Integrity International Brokers worked as the privileged interlocutor with the bank, the title transfer company, and the seller's agent, to manage the inspection of the house, its estimate and all the paperwork to be gathered. “Lived here for one leasing period. The staff was very understanding and accommodating throughout my entire stay. My unit was actually quite nice. The building I lived in was quiet and friendly, and it's a welcome surprise to say I'd had no issues during my stay. There were a few small maintenance things that had to be resolved (a minor leak during heavy rainstorms, dead battery on the lock, etc.) But the crew was always reliable. I had to move away due to work, but I willdefinitely consider coming back if I got the chance.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was in a great location, just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach on one side and the bay on the other side . The grounds were well-kept. The landscaping was very nice and created a great aesthetic. On the property there were multiple outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy time with family and friends. It was a rainy weekend so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but it looked like it was in great shape. The rooms are nice and the decor was cute and comfy. Entry into our room was so easy with a lockbox next to the door that held the key. We will definitely come back!”

“Just moved in here and really like the place. It's quiet and my neighbors seem friendly and respectful. The golf course is nice to walk our dog around with plenty of parks in the area with in walking distance and the beach is just a 20 minute bike straight down our road. There is everything we need within a 20 minute radius. Our condo is nice with a lot of space and a large screened balcony. We did have to update it which was fine as we could do it to our taste. If you are thinking of moving here I recommend it for the price. We did our due diligence and this place ticked most of our boxes.”
