“Our room was fine. The view was awesome. We had a balcony apartment with the perfect ocean view. The beds were good, too, and it was very clean. The problem was with the operation of the whole establishment. There are multiple entities involved in running this building. It's weird. There are so many rules and petty regulations, it makes it much less fun. It has valet parking, so you can't forget anything in your car. Also, $3.50 for a cup of black coffee, with no refills and no warning? (Husband and I spent $21 for morning coffee to go with $20 worth of food -- a ham and cheese omelet and bagel breakfast sandwich.) Just beware.”

“I moved not long ago and I am very happy with this place so far. Augusto and Christina were very helpful and professional during my application. The apartments inside are beautiful and renotaved, them gym is nice and clean, beautiful views from the apartment and from the pools. I think it is worth for the price. The only issues I have is with the people that don’t pick their dog poop, I have to be very careful walking on the grass and parking lot, also the smell of marijuana coming to my balcony that I don’t know where is coming from. Other thing is that I have a second job on weekends night and I arrive back home at 6am and there is no parking At all (counting the three buildings parking lots). I need to stay in the street hoping that somebody will show up and leave :( everything else is fine. loving this place”
