“My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to live here for 5 months and it was overall a good experience, if if you have any inconvenient with the maintenance of the apt they will take no more than 48 hours to fix it depending on the emergency of the situation, besides that the community is beautiful, I could only say it’s a little bit noisy at night because it’s close to the high way so sometimes noisy motorcycles pass by but that’s once in a while, other than that it is a very nice place to live in. Idryan was the person that got to help us from the very first day we got here and she helped us solve all of our inquiries. For unexpected reasons we have to move now and she also helped us with that too, so all I can say is it is a really nice place to live in, you won’t regret.”

Quiana however, was a breath of fresh air! We had plenty of wiggle room in our budget but Luma won us over specially because of the service we received from Quiana. I've watched her gracefully handle multiple customers at once always with a smile on her face. She never gave off the "I'm busy" or "I'm stressed" impression despite being obviously overloaded. Furthermore, my move in process was smooth and easy. I do NOT hear my neighbors nor deal with any issues at all. We absolutely love our apartment and are extremely satisfied with the management team, grounds and noise insulation from apartment to apartment. “We stayed here the first week of March 2019. Our family of six enjoyed this gem immensely! The house was immaculate and grounds are well appointed - your own piece of paradise. My favorite place is the pool with hot tub and gorgeous foliage - palm trees, flowering bougainvillea, you name it. All bedrooms were well sized and comfortable, the kitchen is huge, the sitting area relaxing. Cathie, the host, lives next door - she is as available as you could imagine, without being intrusive. Extremely kind, caring, and helpful - goes the extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful stay. She even spent time with my Mama, who couldn't attend baseball games with us. We had the best possible family vacation right up to Cathie's goodbye hugs. I can't say enough great things about her or this villa!”
