The staff was always very welcoming and the home itself was beautiful with all the amenities needed. My kids felt right at home with the community. The staff even hosted a back to school party and my kids were able to get many back to school items which came very handy. I did many walkthroughs at other locations and this place stood out for myself and kids.”

But what was more impressive was the diligence and expediency with which my situation was handled. “I own a fitness facility, and we had our Christmas party at PARC3400. I toured the facility when I learned that I could hold our party in the Clubhouse, and instantly fell in love with the space. The view from the room we were in looked out to the infinity pool and outdoor area, which again, is absolutely gorgeous! The Clubhouse is spectacular, every detail is modern and clean and just stunning. The clubhouse was decorated for Christmas, and every detail was perfect. The amenities inside the Clubhouse that we had access to made it a perfect space for us. We catered our food in, and had plenty of counter top space, as well as a mini fridge, Ice maker, full sized fridge and sink. We even had access to the coffee station for the end of the night drive home. It was a great space to host our party, and the staff that helped us to set it all up were super friendly, professional & extremely helpful!! I would recommend the space to anyone, and would love the opportunity to hold our parties there again!!!!!”
