“I'm in my late 50's and I've been living in apartments since for around 30 years. Seville on the Green is the nicest apartment I've lived in. In fact, I've lived here for 10 years and the complex has not deteriorated in the least. In fact, this year each apartment got a reserved parking space in front. That's a rarity in Florida! The swimming pool remains crystal clear, the workout room is spotless, the tennis courts are always free of debris, the office staff is friendly and attractive. And I've yet to see a maintenance issue here that wasn't handled as quickly as possible, usually the same daym. All in all, Seville is a great place to live.”

“UPDATE 11/24/18: The fire alarms have been fixed and we are no longer having issues with our unit. Very grateful for the staff who listened and took action! A+ Original Post: Honestly, unless something changes within the next few months - we likely won't be renewing and this will remain a 3 star rating... I'll keep hoping for the best though and will update accordingly.... -Fire Alarms- The fire alarms have gone off at least a dozen times, if not more, within the 2 months we've been here. It's so bad that the residents (ourselves included) don't evacuate. I think they've fixed this as we haven't heard them in about a week, but I'm not holding my breath. -Ants- Our apartment is full of ants in the most random of places. I find them in my electronics of all things, near the window sills, and in the bathrooms. -Appliances- The washer is disgusting and smells like egg from the day we moved in, so I'm deep cleaning it since the last resident must have been a slob (might explain the ants). The fridge keeps breaking after FOUR service requests have been placed and the ice machine has never worked. -Conclusion- The redeeming qualities are the location and staff but that can only go so far. I wish there was more initiative to get the issues fixed but it feels as though they don't have the resources. It's very unfortunate as we love everything else about the apartments such as the amenities, the people, location, etc.”

“This is a great and safe place to live . The managers are always on point with getting back to me especially the property manager and the regional manager. I love Sandra and Nancy they are my favorite. I recommend living here . I had a smooth move in process and moving out as well. The Maintenance were very knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy they came at a time convenient for me. The staff are very accommodating and try to help and go above and beyond. The Pool is convenient considering they have two at the front and back. The gym was nice and quiet and accessible. Everything promised at move out was received and if I need an apartment again I will consider renting from them.”
