“Joe Doher and Rachael James are by far two of the most professional people I have ever worked with! My wife and I are not easy to please. Rachael showed us 55 properties before we found the home that had all the ingredients we were looking for. Rachael was always prepared which made looking at all those properties a much less stressful event. She had maps and routes planned as we literally travelled over a hundred miles on any given day while looking at homes. It didn’t matter what day or time, Rachael was there for us. Rachael showed us our forever home on 2 hours notice at 5 p.m. on a Sunday!! Joe is just as dedicated! He handled the negotiation process flawlessly. When we wanted to settle on the first counteroffer Joe advised against it at which point I left the deal in his hands with the simple instructions “don’t lose the house”. That decision saved us $15,000! We were comfortable throughout the entire negotiation process that we were in good hands and we had “The Dream Team” on our side. “We were fortunate to find a listing for a house before the sign had been placed in the drive. Pete agreed to meet us there the night we called him and we went through the application process quickly. Gladly, we were the winners out of several others. This is our 3rd year at this residence, and we look forward to staying until we find a place of our very own. Repairs are usually done within a good amount of time and to a decent standard. They also have been working on an issue that appearantly didn't bother any previous tenants.The electric bill has been about $300 on average. This is due to some issues in the house's ability to get cool and stay cool for any length of time. From new windows to insulation, they have attacked the issue as best as anyone could. It is a little better, but much more is yet to be done. All in all, great little house, in a decent neighborhood. Very close to police and fire stations.
