“Beautiful, modern villa, nice homely decor, not clinical and brash like some I've seen. Very spacious and clean, loved the pool and the couches in the lanai to relax outside. Loads of rooms and bathrooms, love the whole kitchen and living area design. Eventually figured out what the vent in the laundry room ceiling is for 😂😂 quick way to get washing from upstairs to the laundry room! VERY nice area and only 20 minute walk to the golf club.
