The issue has always been getting a company to comeback after they completed a job not with Allied once your a customer they put you first and no matter how small a job or big they are always willing to assist. The other aspect of why I give 5 stars for Allied is for their billing department. They billing has been correct and on time. One of the other issues when dealing with contractors. Bill D the contracting manager and Bernadette from the billing are Amazing employees who always put the customers first always willing to go beyond the normal to assist us.”

“Prior to purchasing our home in Oak Run, the prior owner had the roof replaced by United Roofing. The job looked great and we have been very happy. Recently, I noticed some streaks running down one side from a skylight so i emailed them a picture and asked about it and whether they could take a look. I emailed them at about 8:45 on Monday morning. By 9:15 I had a response and an offer to have someone come by and take a look. Shortly thereafter, I heard from Tad Carter who said he would stop by. Tad arrived around 11:30 and went up and took a look. He determined it was just algae growth that was running down the side as the skylight is on the north side of the house. He went in the house with my wife and explained the situation to her and looked at the inside to ensure everything was okay. Tad was awesome. There was no charge for the inspection. Three hours from my initial contact, my concern was already addressed. I need to also mention that in my college days, I spent a fair amount of time working as a roofer so, I am quite familiar with how a roof should be installed, and while walking around Oak Run have seen many roofing contractors working but, by far, the most professionally handled jobs (speed, quality of work, staffing) were are consistently being being done by United. Other contractors work was varied and I am sure some of them are fine but, I also see quite a bit of sloppy workmanship that I wouldn’t want on my home. There is no question that United is a super contractor to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone who asked me, without reservation.”

They had good communication (which is hard to find) and they showed up on time (also hard to find) I got many other questions and they were among the lowest price. “Called Royal Roll Off and requested a dumpster for a week. On the 4th day I had to leave town for a family emergency. Called and spoke with the owner Mark and explained what was going on. He was very sympathetic to my situation and let me keep the can for a few additional days at no cost. While delivering and picking up the dumpster he took care to protect my driveway, placing wood slats at the points where the can would contact the concrete. When I need another dumpster in the future, Royal Roll Off will be the company I'll be calling. A+ experience ATW.”
