“Actually, we brought our men and went through the attic access, into the crawl space. We went to the spots where the leaks were showing on the ceiling below and checked the air ducts. We then took pictures of the condensation, to show that the stains were from the leaks in the air ducts. We also took pictures of the roof above, to show that there were no stains from leaks. We showed these pictures to the owners, so they could see we were telling the truth.”

And AM & PM Roofing service was a blast to work with, once paid inspection was scheduled; they showed up as promised, very punctual and very respectful. This is the first time when I didn't have to ask anyone to take off shoes inside the house; they had their shoe covers and put them on as soon as they walked inside the house. Project was small but it only took an hour for them to seal, we've been through few storms and it's dry and warm inside.”
