The total cost of repair was going to exceed $1,000. I contacted Excellent services group for a second opinion. Luis responded to my request immediately and scheduled a tech to be at my house ASAP. Juan called me in the morning and I explained to him the issues with my AC. He assured me he could fix any AC, even with one wire. Juan arrived at my home and was very professional and was able to fix all the improper wiring from the prior company and get my AC running. “Hands down the best customer service from a roofing contractor. I’m a Realtor and I had a random water leak that arrived at one of my listings on closing day. Through the warranty with Lennar Joe Staubitz came out to inspect the home and try to find the issue. He arrived 5 days sooner than the lennar rep told us. I was so appreciative that he was able to squeeze us in. He was the 2nd contractor that came out to the home to find the problem. He went above and beyond to try to find the problem in a TIMELY manner. He had to bring in another teammate to do a 2nd test and they were both amazing. I was so impressed he was able to get the teammate there at the same time and not a 2nd appointment to be made!!! They explained what they were doing and why. Fortunately for them (unfortunately for me) the roof was not the problem at all. He took extra time and tried to figure out where it could be coming from. He spoke to the lennar representative on the phone and had my back (and my sellers) and told them what they should look for. And 3 contractors later ending with a leak detection company, it turns out exactly what Joe had told me was indeed the problem! I cannot say enough amazing things about Joe!!
