“I don’t even know where to start..I can’t thank these “heroes” enough for all they did to help my Oscar. Oscar was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and things did not look promising. But everyone from the office staff and especially Dr V and His PA Samantha, were caring, kind, compassionate and honest. While our beloved Oscar fought hard it was finally time to rest. Dr V and Samantha were with us from the beginning of this journey til it was time to say goodbye. They were so gentle with my boy and also to my friends and family who were all there to be with Oscar. This has truly been the hardest time and yet, these people at the PCG made it a bit easier. My family and I can not say enough about the love and genuine caring these people have for the animals they take into their care. “Swinger is very accomplished. Told me all the details in an efficient, patient manner and answered all my questions. Took the time to do the necessary testing to ensure my Jimmy was eligible. Even checked his blood, his blood pressure and all that. So. Jimmy has to have a retina test because the Dr couldn’t see it due to the cataracts. After that test we’ll know for sure if he’s eligible and then I’ll write the rest of this review. The Dr is pretty sure, but wants to know before a surgery. Really awesome Doc so far.”

“Took my kitty for emergency surgery. Everyone was wonderful, my baby was there for 7 days but unfortunately she didn't make it. We were taken to a room where we would have privacy & time to spend our last moments together. They followed up with me after my cat's passing with phone calls & I received a sympathy card in the mail. “I have been coming to Banfield for 17 years since buddy was a puppy, and the last three years I have been to the location in Winter Garden. There, our dog buddy was under the great care of Dr. Anderson, who practices her profession not only with great care but also with great compassion. We met her about two years ago when buddy was not feeling well, and we thought the end was near. She listened to our input and examined him thoroughly. She went over treatment options, and explained everything. Two weeks later buddy was back to new. She continued his care over the last two years and buddy was with us until today. It was time for buddy to find his peace at the age of 17. And even though I had been urged by others to find someone to put buddy to sleep at home in a private setting, there was no one else, I trusted his final moments with, other than Dr. Anderson. Her compassion for our dog but also for our family makes her a great doctor and person. Staff members like Julie make all he difference. I am not sure if I will get another dog anytime soon, but I am forever great full for the care we received for our Buddy. Thank you Dr. Anderson and staff at Banfield in Winter Garden Village.”
