I was interested in the Brightwater Lagoon community in North Fort Myers/ Mollyana and her team educated me on the crystal lagoons. They are also friendly and pleasant to work with. The Lagoons seem really amazing and I will be visiting the one near Tampa called Epperson. I swam in these lagoons in Chili many years ago so I know first hand how amazing they are. Dr Brown examined an abnormality on my tongue. She explained I would need a biopsy. She and her staff were very caring , explained the procedure, the numbing etc. I felt like there were really concerned about my comfort, and anxiety. I was informed of my results within the week.”

“This is the best Quest I’ve ever been to, coming from someone with several chronic illnesses and well-versed in today’s challenging healthcare industry. I have been to several Quest locations in numerous different cities and states over the past several years and the staff at this location makes getting blood work a lot less dreadful! Every time, I am called in on or before my scheduled appointment time. It’s sad to see recent negative reviews for this location. If you do not book an appointment, you are not guaranteed to be called in as a walk-in, and your wait time will be unpredictable depending on day-to-day demand. Scheduling appointments online is very easy and there’s always lots of availability. I have learned based on personal experience that scheduling an appointment for blood work or specimen drop-off/pick-up will make your experience as seamless as possible. Though every location is not perfect, I can’t imagine any other Quest being better than this one. A big thank you to the amazing staff!”

“Mimi, who has a booth in this establishment, cuts my hair every 2 too 3 weeks. I have been utilizing Mimi's professional services for a little over three years. She is very professional and takes the experience to the next level. The Salon Suite she has her establishment at is very well organized. All of the suites are very presentable, clean, neat and organized. Most of the Suites have a touch of personality which adds to the experience. I'm curious when I walk in and past the other booths. There is plenty of parking, the community bathroom is very clean. The establishment has a high level of security and privacy, that I respect. Thanks for providing a great spot for talented people to provide great services.”
