“I had a fairly quick sign in process when I got there. They were very prompt in taking me at my appointment time. I was taken to a private room where one of the clinical aids questioned me further. This was mostly about the information I wrote down on my check in forms, medical history and my medication‘s. I was taken down the hall promptly for some x-rays of my knees which were taken right away and was sent back to my room at the doctors office. The doctor promptly came in and reviewed the x-rays with me and was very thorough and explained what he saw. After a long discussion with the doctor I decided I did not want the surgery with the hope that shots in my knees would help relieve the pain and of course, walk more easily. I am looking forward to working with him on a regular basis. since I am in my early 70s, I would prefer to discuss any replacement or two need at a later date. I know from my brother that these can be painful with a fairly long recovery time . Dr. Browning was patient and had a very friendly staff.Ken D”

“While cooking dinner Sunday night, my range went completely dark... I know enough to be dangerous, so I proceeded to do my troubleshooting... Checked the breaker, unplug, replug... etc.... no joy, no power going to the outlet (i have a tester :D). I called Tuesday afternoon and Faulkner dispatched a tech within 2 hours. I was greeted by two electricians (sadly, I am terrible with names, but I hope your management will reply with your names as you deserve a shoutout!) who were well kept, professional, well spoken, knowledgeable and efficient. They agreed with me that there was an issue with the double 40a breaker for the range and replaced it immediately. That didn't fully solve the issue, I now had power at the wall, but the range was still dark... They opened up my range, found a disconnected lead and resolved the issue without any hesitation and my kitchen is now back in business... (Sorry amazon, will be returning the induction burner) I will admit, there was a bit of sticker shock with the service call fee, BUT, I have not had an electrician out in over ten years, so I am certain that is just me not being familiar with current trends, and it was not exceptionally high, just a bit more than I had expected. That said, I would pay it again, top marks team!”

He heard my concerns of my trouble areas and had an outstanding ability to create a unique program for my needs. “This Laundromat is very exceptional, I drive about 5 miles to wash there, because the 3 workers in this place have very awesome personalities, they are caring and always working very hard. The place is super clean, the machines are excellent and so is the price. It is my pleasure to visit this place twice a week. ps The bathroom is always spotless and they clean the machine's filters often. Very few machines were out of order, but then i go again and they are fixed. Where the detergent and softener go is very clean, as well, this is very important to me.
