“Ive been going to Dr. Starling for years now. I am a nurse and was blessed to be regeffed to him by a nurse friend from the hospital he is affiliated with. He saved my life. I had a tumor on my kidney that was ready to burst and I would have bled to death. He thought he may have to remove my entire kidney but only had to take 1%. I highly recommend this Doctor. I have never had any issues with the staff like others have stated but when the rubber meets the road it isnt the staff that is treating you. You can have a great fluffy staff and a crappy doc. I want a doc that knows what he is doing and Starling is the man!”

“Dear Mr.CEO Doug McMillon, I was extremely satisfied with the HIGH LEVEL of services that Kenneth and Amber have provided. I hope you have a few minutes to read my experience at one of your stores in Sun City Florida location. I was recommended from your garage service to have my 2 front tires replaced. Do to limit time, I schedule an appointment for Saturday at 3pm to have my tires replaced . I arrived 20 minutes early. Check in at the counter to find out that they did not have my tires. You can imagine the disappointment. When I made the appointment they assured I would have my tires. The front desk employee apologized and said I would have to come back Thursday when your delivery came in. Not one time did he offer a solution or say let me check with my supervisor. So I asked to Speak with the Supervisor in your mechanic garage department. The manager came out his name is Kenneth and Amber . They both listened to what I had to say. They called another location about 45 minutes away. Found out there garage was closed . However the Manager check there inventory and noticed that they had my tire in stock. Kenneth was so gracious that he said he would go pick up the tires for me to have them installed at the store where I do all my weekly purchases. Kenneth and Amber went over and beyond to help me . They listened, they acknowledged the situation and found a solution. They did everything possible to make a customer happy. I truly felt like the red carpet treatment. I hope that you would take the time to let them know how grateful and appreciated l am. Kenneth and Amber are truly a valuable employee and should be special rewarded for the Employee of the year. “I was a little hesitant to book this hotel because some of the reviews I saw, but when looking at other sites with different reviews I decided to go for it. For the price, it is a very decent stay. The lobby area is great, updated and modern. The breakfast is great. The room was clean. My only complaint would be the bathtub. Definitely need to get the housekeepers to clean that way better. (Here are some tips that work: put vinegar in a ziplock bag and put the shower head in it…tie at top with a rubber band and let it sit. Use mold and mildew on the tile grout…follow instructions on bottle. For the tub use Barkeeper’s…follow instructions. The tub will sparkle). If you’re on the fence about it…I will say it was a very decent stay for the price. Go for it!”

“I have no idea when other people attended the school but it's much better now, I recently attended. The school is actually the best one my friend and I have attended in the district. I'm not going to lie and say all the kids there are perfect angels but they're much better than most people here are describing them. Furthermore, I'm pretty sure ever since there was a new principal, things were much better at Tarpon. I understand if you or your kid had a bad experience at Tarpon but if it was years ago, I don't think you should really base the current quality of the school on that.”

“I just have to chime in on the review from Mindy Thayer. She is a low income customer I delivered to for years and tried to help by delivering small amounts of propane. Normally ALL companies require a full fill, but I was trying to work with her because she was on a tight budget. The gauge on the tank DOES work and it is standard for ANY company to turn tank off and have customer call for restart when they run out of fuel, ( she was a will call, meaning we only deliver when customer calls for delivery. She would wait until she was almost out of fuel before she'd call in ). We turn tank off for SAFETY REASONS. We do take credit cards, etc. I was really surprised at false accusations this lady made. Most of the time I dealt with her in person, she was very pleasant. Didn't understand the " fighting with driver for 4 years" comment. If customer would just fill tank and let me come on a schedule to top off tank, and pay the bill, she would never run out of gas and have no problems. Trashing me in a review is what I get for trying to help someone who can't afford to pay for a full tank as if I owe her special treatment! No matter how much you try, you just can't please everyone all the time. So many people act like others owe them something. As far as the other negative reviews, well, we've been in business here in Brooksville for 31 years and I think most people who know us would agree we're pretty nice people. I challenge ANYONE to be in business this long dealing with the public and not have a few disgruntled customers. I have to say we've got ALOT of long time customers and most all of them are a pleasure to deal with. We try, but you just can't please everyone.”
