“UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT: We purchased our Lexington tri-toon in the spring of 2021. I had multiple issues and the service and communication was very poor. I would have rated them 2 stars at best. This past spring they brought in David. He has communicated with me and done everything he has promised to do to resolve my issues. We hoped the boat would be back in 4 weeks and I got it back in 2 weeks. Also, the atmosphere at the dealership is totally different than it has been. I would give 5 stars except my previous experience can't be ignored.”

“There are roofing companies... and then there is Florida Universal Roofing who did a MARVELOUS job at BOTH my primary home's roof and my rental property. The crew could have just left when the job was done... but the crew at Florida Universal Roofing went above and beyond and offered to paint damaged trim that critters had chewed up years ago. They ALSO FIXED any damage they caused, which was not much, instead of turning the other way. The crew repainted my ENTIRE garage door due to a small stain caused during work to replace my roof. They could have said "That damage was already there..." but they did not. They also plan on repairing a broken sprinkler head at my neighbor's. And by the way... their work on the new roof is spectacular! The people and support behind-the-scenes make a difference between Florida Universal Roofing and other roofing companies.”
