Her spa is very clean and all the supplies are disposable. This part is very important to me. Paula wears a mask when she is treating customers and all the time. The spa is open only by appointments and is cleaned and sanitized before and after each customer. All the ladies do a great job. I will definitely go back soon.”

The food was amazing, making the 2 hour drive well worth it. The food had the right flavors, the price was right and the service was wonderful. “I found Dr. Vonador while running a Google search in hopes she could help me bring balance to body and mind after a diagnose of generalized anxiety. I had heard of the uses of acupuncture for body aches but had little to no clue if it’d be effective as a supplementary treatment for anxiety. To my surprise and benefit, it was! Dr. Vonador worked with me to identify what was out of balance. She was patient and gentle, accommodating and understanding. Also, she made me feel safe and comfortable because she is such a knowledgeable and kind person. After a few sessions I was able to relax and breathe. By the 3rd session I was already seeing improvement and looking forward to continue getting better. In my experience, 6 to 8 sessions really helped (along with the traditional medical treatment) to get to a more balanced and grounded place.
