“Easy breezy check in all key coded so have to make sure you have codes. Our coded didn't work had to call office. Ty was great we ended up having different code apologized for problem. Our room was cute 2 double beds bathroom shower, small kitchen area only thing I missed we had brought couple frozen thing to grill but only fridge NO freezer in it. Leaving our room the pool was straight ahead, take a little corner and you were at ocean. I enjoyed making coffee early am took outside to sit on patio watch fisherman wander on pier early am fishing, BTW have restaurant at the end with pretty good breakfast and evening meals. One big problem we had was to evacuate because of Ian hurricane so our Vaca was cut short. But couple days we had was relaxing and enjoyable”

The food was really good, had a Skillet with eggs last week, I went back again today and had a Omelette! the Owners are Absolutely Fantastic, some of the nicest people you are ever going to meet. Really Easy going Atmosphere, just really chill Breakfast spot in Port Richey. The Owners are Hard at work making sure everyone is happy, coffee was good, Also had a Piece of Cake at the end. I actually took a picture of the cake! Yes! Had Breakfast then Cake last week! Lol. Very happy to find another place to go for Breakfast. Always looking for new Breakfast Spots to go to.”

“Great Staff always willing to help in any way they can. Boats are in good shape, and they have different types of boats that will give you more opportunities to fish in and offshore, family boats. Great training to get you ready or even teach an experienced boater a thing or two. Missing star is, they should open at first light. That is the best part of the day. Next the fuel is expensive and there is an added charge per gallon for pumping it. So not real happy about that. But It is a strong 4 stars for me”

The crew tore off old roofing, replaced all damaged decking and fascia, replaced my skylight, and installed new roof in one day!! They picked up all debris like they were never here.
