“Took both of my elderly parents to see Dr. Henry Tseng. My mom had 3 wounds that were not healing at her ankles, my dad has bad feet, and both had fungus on their feet. They each had their own appointment, where he took time to evaluate, and spoke to each. He gave us his recommendations, and started treatment right away for both. He is very patient, soft spoken, and listens to the patient's concerns, and then makes his recommendations. The office is clean and neat. The front office and staff is attentive to our needs.”

“I have been going through something and through everything, I forgot to order my son a birthday treat to share with his class until the day before! I called another grocery store first but they told me they couldn’t take my order unless it was within 24 hours and understandably so. I called the Hickory Flat Kroger bakery and Miss Ann picked up. I told her I had a very last minute order and would understand if she couldn’t take it. She did not hesitate to tell me she would do it for me! She heard the quiver in my voice and immediately began to reassure me all would be ok and spoke to me as if I was a good friend. When I picked it up, she told me I had been on her mind all day and helped me get it into my cart. She told me she had once been in my shoes and that she understood how I felt. She left me with more encouraging words and a smile on my face. This wonderful woman it truly a light in a very dark time in my life! Kroger is very lucky to have such an amazing lady on their team. “During the many years I have lived here in Clayton, I have been treated by several of the physical therapy facilities in the area. All of them seem to me to be a gym where you did exercises and occasionally some other modality of treatment. Not at Orthos! There, I am placed into a private room with very nice ambience. I am then treated with heat or cold depending on the injury followed by electrical stimulation treatment. Afterwards the area of injury is gently massaged and then treated with ultrasound. This is what I call physical therapy. The staff is exceptionally kind and very skilled. If you want to be treated in an extraordinary way with amazing results, I would highly recommend Ortho Physical Therapy.”

“Absolutely amazing. My toddler was horrified! The woman who came in to clean and x-ray his teeth was absolutely outstanding! Angels do exist! There were many actually, and they are mostly found at "Just for me Pediatric Dentistry" I'm convinced! ??? She calmed him right down singing to him and genuinely just being the little guys friend. At one point in time there were 3 workers singing over him all in harmony, beautifully too! (All the well known kids songs ABC's etc.) Sirens calming the soul of a terrified toddler. Worked like a charm! When all was said and done my little Casanova even asked for a Kiss ??? Got to kiss the cheek of his calming hero. We wish we got her name to commend her personally on here. The fact is though, the entire staff are truly amazing and I am sure anyone one of the staff members there would have handled the situation with the same expertise! Whoever is doing the hiring there or setting the tone for moral keep it up! We were absolutely delighted his fears were met with compassion and kindness. They have toys and even video games for the children, but nothing compared to this wonderful staffs sense of understanding. I at one point was bordering on a tear in my eye, I was so stressed getting ready to have to hold him down and be the bad guy the rest of the day if not longer. I never admit to sappy stuff like that but for them ill make an exception. God Bless this Place! Me, my Wife, and Especially Xander Thank you so much! 100%recommend! (Edit: just read the other reviews.. I think those few 1 star reviewers may have the wrong place or a warped sense of reality, again, go here! They are Outstanding!
