  Gathered and grounded is one of a kind space! The studio is really spacious and well designed, with different areas to host classes, workshops and small offices that invite to more intimate conversations. The atmosphere and energy is beautiful, you can feel this studio was envisioned with a clear purpose in mind - to care for the youth and their families. This is a space for the community to create positive, supportive experiences. Marnie is the owner and you’ll feel happier and energized just by being in her presence. I lead a workshop in November in this beautiful space and everything was ready for me. The participants felt welcomed and they all had a positive comment of the studio. I highly recommend this space and its several offerings for teen programs, parents, teachers, coaches and therapists.

  An amazing space for classes, learning and growing. It is a welcoming and peaceful place that offers a respite for the youth living in our fast-paced world. Meditation, yoga and mindfulness classes are all excellent. Kids of all ages are welcome to come to G&G for support and community. Plus, this beautiful space is also available for rental!
