Dr Bahrami and her staff are amazing. No drama. Just very good care. Staff well trained, friendly and gentle. Overall office atmosphere very calm, but happy. My recent visit was with an experienced dental assistant new to the practice who was very pleasant and instilled my confidence in her as she completed the dental care. This was very comforting to me. I would highly recommend Lithia Springs Cosmetic and Dental.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I was in great hands. Not to mention the lobby is very pretty and welcoming. Definitely would recommend.

Overall the practice is fine. It’s getting past the front desk that has been difficult. They change policies so frequently it’s hard to keep up. One month they give referrals, the very next month they don’t. Literally took the sign down as we were standing there and said they “just stopped doing it…”

I’ve always gotten a link post treatment to pay my bill. Always paid on time except the one time I wanted to verify my insurance deductible. I called 3 times, no answer to my question; however I got 4 letters in the mail that my balance was “past due.”

Today I went in and all of a sudden they need payment “prior to treatment…” which I’ve never done before. I had to leave the office to get my card and come back in. I dont typically bring the wallet because it falls into the dental chair. 99% of the ladies are well mannered and genuinely nice. If you catch the one “older” lady at the front desk who isn’t… well, good luck.

I was a great experience. I laughed and joked and they gave me a lot of good feedback that would help me with my teeth while also provide me with positive things that I had already been doing. They made me feel like we were on a smile journey together. Awesome experience overall.

An amazing experience from start to finish. How often can you say that about a Dental experience? This place treats everyone like you're the most important person around. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Dentist. They even offer a plan for those without Dental insurance.
